Party Plot works hard to deliver organized, professional events. These
policies and rules help ensure every event runs safely and smoothly.

Booking & Reservations

Booking & Reservations

Event dates are not reserved or confirmed until the required deposit has been received. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event.
  • Dates are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
  • Pricing is based on event details provided at booking. Changes to guest count, location, duration, or event type may result in price adjustments.
  • Remaining balances are due before or at the start of the event, depending on booking type.

Deposit & Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.
  • The remaining balance is due in full no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
  • If the final balance is not received by the due time, Party Plot reserves the right to cancel the event, retain the deposit, and release the date without further notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. If approved, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full event amount.
  • If Party Plot must cancel due to equipment failure, severe weather, or safety concerns, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Party Plot Friday

Private Plot

Private Plot allows a group to reserve Session 2 of Party Plot Friday privately. The following rules apply to all Private Plot bookings.
  • Private Plot is available for Session 2 only.
  • A minimum of 20 players is required.
  • The organizer pays for 20 spots at the time of booking. Additional players may be added if space allows.
  • The organizer is responsible for submitting the full player roster through the booking form.
  • Once reserved, Session 2 is closed to public booking.
Private Plot Refund Policy
  • If Session 1 has not yet filled at the time of cancellation, a refund may be issued. Stripe fees ($20) and payment processing fees ($25) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If Session 1 is already full at the time of cancellation, the Private Plot reservation is non-refundable.

Party Plot is based in Glendale, CA. All fees below are calculated one-way from our base location to the event address and are included in your final quoted price. No surprise charges.

Event Setup

Event Setup Requirements

The following conditions must be met at the event location. Party Plot transports equipment using carts and requires continuous access from the unloading area to the setup location.
  • Grass areas must be cut and maintained prior to the event.
  • The setup area must be free of animal waste.
  • The event space must allow safe, unobstructed access for equipment transport — from unloading to setup without stopping.
  • Equipment must be within 100 feet of the unloading area on stable, flat terrain.
  • Event locations must be free of hazards such as holes, sharp objects, glass, or unstable surfaces. If a location is unsafe on arrival, Party Plot may adjust gameplay or cancel without guarantee of refund.
Equipment Access Requirements
  • The access path must allow equipment carts to move continuously without obstacles from unloading to setup.
  • Locations requiring excessive walking distance, steep hills, stairs, or unsafe terrain may not be serviceable.

Party Plot will evaluate the setup location upon arrival and may request adjustments if the access path does not meet these requirements.

Outdoor Locations

Park Events

Additional requirements apply for events held at public parks.
  • The event host is responsible for reserving the park space if required by the city.
  • The reserved space must be adjacent to the laser tag play area.
  • Party Plot equipment is larger and heavier than typical party equipment and must remain near the field area at all times.
  • Parking or unloading access must allow equipment carts to reach the setup location safely.
Event Space

Food & Drink Areas

To keep the game area safe and organized, food and drink stations must be placed away from the laser tag field.
  • Food tables, drink stations, and serving areas must be positioned at least 10–15 feet from the edge of the laser tag field.
  • Guests should not walk through the play area while carrying food or drinks.
  • The laser tag field must remain clear so games can run safely and continuously.
  • Party Plot staff may request that food or drink stations be moved if they are too close to the play area.

This helps prevent spills, equipment damage, and interruptions to gameplay

Player Safety

Safety Rules

These rules apply to all events without exception and are enforced by Party Plot staff at every event.
  • Minimum age is 7 years old. This is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Players under 7 are not permitted to participate, even with parental supervision.
  • Closed-toe footwear is required. Flip-flops, sandals, crocs, slippers, or shoes that easily come off are not permitted. Players without proper footwear will not be allowed to play.
  • Laser tag involves running, bending, and quick movement. Participants should be physically capable of safe play. Party Plot is not responsible for injuries related to pre-existing conditions.
  • All equipment must be handled according to staff instructions. Equipment may not be dropped, thrown, or misused. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.
  • Players must follow all referee instructions immediately. Party Plot staff may pause gameplay or remove any participant for unsafe behavior or rule violations. Removal does not qualify for refunds.
  • If under-age players are present, they will not be permitted to play. The event proceeds with eligible players only. No refunds or discounts are issued for age-related ineligibility.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed on the playing field at any time. Players must finish eating before re-entering the play area.
On the Day

Event Flow

  • Party Plot referees manage all gameplay, safety briefings, and equipment distribution.
  • Players should arrive on time for check-in and the pre-game safety briefing.
  • Late arrivals may join the session in progress. Sessions do not extend beyond the scheduled end time.
Outdoor Events

Weather Policy

  • For outdoor events, gameplay may be modified, paused, or cancelled if weather conditions are deemed unsafe — including extreme heat, rain, strong wind, or lightning.
  • Party Plot reserves the right to make real-time safety decisions to protect participants, staff, and equipment.
  • If Party Plot cancels due to severe weather, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Photography

Media & Photography

  • Party Plot may take photos or short videos during events for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish for photos or videos to be taken, please notify Party Plot in writing prior to your event.
Legal

Agreement & Acceptance

By requesting a quote, placing a deposit, or booking an event with Party Plot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all rules, safety guidelines, and policies on this page and on the Waiver & Safety Agreement page.

  • Failure to comply with these policies may result in modification or cancellation of gameplay, removal of participants, or forfeiture of fees without refund.
  • Party Plot reserves the right to refuse service or terminate gameplay at any time if safety rules are not followed.
  • Party Plot reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The version published on this website at the time of booking shall apply.
